Content and Listing Policy
The standards every company, logo, background, link and profile must meet.
1. Relevant, genuine businesses
Listings must represent a genuine company, product, organisation or project with a meaningful connection to artificial intelligence or an adjacent enabling field. Information must be current, accurate and not materially misleading.
2. Rights and authority
You must be authorised to represent the listed organisation and must own or have permission to use every submitted name, logo, image, trademark, description and link. Do not impersonate another business or submit confidential or personal information without authority.
3. Prohibited content
We do not allow content, businesses or links that:
- are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory or materially misleading;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
- promote malware, phishing, credential theft, spam or circumvention of security;
- contain hate, harassment, threats, exploitation or graphic sexual content;
- facilitate unlawful weapons, drugs, financial schemes or regulated activity without required authorisation;
- make unsupported claims likely to cause financial, medical, legal or safety harm;
- use hidden redirects, deceptive downloads or unrelated destination pages; or
- could reasonably damage the security, credibility or historical integrity of the map.
4. Presentation standards
Logos and backgrounds must be clear enough to display, appropriate for a general business audience and free from disruptive animation. We may crop, resize or adjust presentation for responsive layouts. Category choices must fairly describe the listing, and we may correct categorisation or formatting.
5. Review and enforcement
We may review submissions before or after publication, request evidence, reject content, disable links, require corrections, or suspend or remove a listing. Decisions may consider legal obligations, user safety, relevance, map quality and reputational risk. Serious or repeated breaches may be removed without refund, subject to applicable law.
6. Reporting
To report a listing, email ian@deploybrief.ai and identify the tile, issue and supporting evidence. We may share a report where necessary to investigate it, protect rights or comply with law.
