The cookies and similar storage technologies used by DeployBrief.ai.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a website in your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can also remember information on your device. We use “cookies” below as a convenient collective term.
2. Essential storage
We may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for site delivery and security, company and administrator sign-in, Stripe checkout, essential session state, and remembering your cookie choice. The deploybrief_company cookie keeps your company account signed in for up to 30 days. It is protected from access by page scripts and is cleared when you sign out. These technologies are not used to build an advertising profile.
3. Optional analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. It may collect information about pages viewed, interactions, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device. Google Analytics commonly uses cookies named _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Private admin, order, invitation and buyer-editor pages are excluded from analytics, and page addresses omit query strings and private link fragments. We do not load Google Analytics unless you choose “Accept”. We do not enable advertising storage or advertising personalisation through this implementation.
4. Third-party services
Google processes analytics information for us when you consent. Stripe may use cookies when you open its checkout. The hosting and security platform may use essential technologies to deliver and protect the site. Authorised administrators may also encounter sign-in technologies supplied by OpenAI or ChatGPT. Those providers control their own cookies and explain them in their privacy or cookie notices.
5. Your choices
You can accept or reject analytics from the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie notice” in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the public site. Blocking essential storage in your browser may stop checkout or admin sign-in from working.
6. Changes
If we add or materially change non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
