Affiliate programme terms

1. Your affiliate account

DeployBrief operates this programme at DeployBrief.ai. By accepting these terms, you join the direct affiliate programme and agree to promote DeployBrief honestly. Provide accurate contact and audience information and use an email address you control. Your account becomes active after you verify your email. Keep your sign-in links private and contact ian@deploybrief.ai if your account may have been accessed without your permission.

2. Referral links and codes

Your affiliate dashboard contains your unique referral link and code. Share these when introducing companies to DeployBrief. A referral link uses a 30-day attribution window, subject to the visitor's tracking consent and the existing checkout attribution rules. A company can also enter your code at checkout. A later referral or an explicit checkout code may change which affiliate receives attribution. A visit alone does not earn commission, and purchases that cannot be attributed to your account do not earn commission for your account.

3. Commission

New direct affiliate accounts earn 35% of the eligible attributed company profile purchase amount in GBP. Current one-off profile purchases are Portrait £35, Feature £65, Landmark £99 and Icon £199, giving illustrative commissions of £12.25, £22.75, £34.65 and £69.65 respectively. Profiles are not subscriptions. Commission applies to attributed profile purchases; optional advertising purchases do not earn profile commission under this programme. There is no guaranteed income.

The commission terms displayed in your account apply to your account. Separately agreed existing affiliate terms continue to apply to those accounts. Test transactions never create payable commission.

4. Review, refunds and disputes

Commission starts in review after a confirmed payment. The current review period is 30 days from the purchase. DeployBrief reviews eligibility before approving commission. Refunds, disputes, fraudulent activity and attribution errors can reduce or reverse commission. Purchases using the affiliate's own email are flagged for review. If a purchase is refunded or disputed after commission has been paid, DeployBrief may need to recover or offset the related commission and will contact you about the adjustment.

5. Payments

Approved commission becomes eligible for payment 30 days after approval. DeployBrief arranges payments and records them in the dashboard; eligibility is not a promise that a transfer occurs automatically on that date. No fixed fortnightly payment schedule or £50 minimum applies to this version of the programme. Contact DeployBrief to arrange payment of eligible commission. Supply accurate payment details through the payment arrangements agreed with DeployBrief. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your commission.

6. Honest promotion

Do not use spam, fake reviews, misleading claims, fabricated results, fake urgency, false scarcity or manufactured social proof. Clearly disclose the commercial relationship wherever required, including identifying affiliate advertising appropriately. Follow the rules of the platforms and channels you use. Do not imply that you speak for DeployBrief or promise buyers traffic, sales, investment returns or guaranteed results. Use DeployBrief's supplied materials accurately and respect other people's intellectual property.

7. Account restrictions and leaving the programme

DeployBrief may pause or disable an account to address misuse, fraud, security concerns or breaches of these terms. You can ask to leave the programme by contacting DeployBrief. Ending participation stops new referrals; existing commission remains subject to review, refunds, disputes and the payment rules above. Contact DeployBrief if you believe a referral or payment record is incorrect.

8. Information and contact

DeployBrief uses your account, audience and referral information to operate the programme, provide your dashboard, calculate commission, arrange payments and prevent misuse.
